Results delivered through Charles Rutenberg Realty Standard of Excellence. After being honorably discharged from the United States Air Force, I attended St. Laurence University, in Quebec, Canada, where I studied business and management. After leaving St. Laurence, I secured a position as an administrative management consultant with the consulting firm, Astra, Inc., specializing in document and database management for the investment banking and legal industries in New York City. My success in these endeavors led to me subsequent hiring into a managerial position with Morgan Stanley, a renowned, international, investment banking firm. At Morgan Stanley, I ran back-office operations for the bank's Mergers & Acquisitions Department in New York and London. In 1995, I left the investment banking industry to launch my own business in Hewlett, NY, through which I provided administrative support to small and mid-sized legal and financial firms in the New York metropolitan area. My involvement in real estate dates back to the mid-80's when I began investing in distress properties alongside my husband, a design and construction professional. I am an experienced negotiator, with expert knowledge of the local real estate market and a strong understanding of building construction and costs. My advice, particularly among real estate investors, buyers and sellers, is highly sought after and my knowledge of the industry is unassailable.
