Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. Owner Named Board Member of the National Association of REALTORS®
December 1, 2015
Joseph Moshé, Broker/Owner of Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. of Long Island (CRRLI), was recently appointed to the 2016 Board of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) as a large firm representative. Mr. Moshé was handpicked to serve the board not only based on the success of his agency, but also because of his commitment to the Real Estate industry.
With CRRLI revving up for its 10th Anniversary in 2016, this honor could not have come at a more perfect time. “My sincerest gratitude to the National Association of REALTORS for presenting me with the honor of serving on its board,” says Mr. Moshé, who is one of only four large firm representatives New York. “At Charles Rutenberg Realty, we endeavor to meet the highest level of professionalism and integrity in our relationships with clients. We encourage our more than 1,400 registered agents to push the limits and to always strive for excellence. Since I consider every member of my team to be an extension of me, I make sure to always hold myself to the same standards I require of them.”
CRRLI continues to make waves in the Real Estate industry. This past year alone, Mr. Moshé was honored with a leadership award from Long Island Business News and the firm’s top agent, Ann Lee, made an agency record-breaking total sales.
Article IV, Section 1 of the NAR Constitution allows for a representative from the top Real Estate firms in the country to join the board. This number is derived from the representative’s REALTOR® and REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® membership count in July of the previous year. Only 75 Real Estate firms in the country were allocated representation on the NAR Board of Directors for 2016.
