Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. has released an updated version of its "Buying a Home in New York" guidebook in anticipation of a strong Spring selling season based on the firm’s Winter sales results. The 22-page reference manual is ideal for those who are looking to buy a house but are unsure of the process.
"Buying a Home in New York" covers a wide array of topics that will help eliminate confusion that prospective buyers may have. This includes choosing a real estate agent, finding a home, understanding real estate financing, home inspections, title insurance, legal issues, homeowner’s insurance, moving and home improvements.
