Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. Closed on Nearly 600 Transactions across Metro New York, Long Island and Westchester in Q3
November 1, 2016
On the heels of one of its largest Agent influxes in history, Charles Rutenberg Realty is also celebrating having closed on nearly 600 transactions across the Metro New York, Long Island and Westchester during July, August and September. Owing to its stellar Agent support program, Charles Rutenberg Realty is credited with being both the listing and selling agency for nearly 130 homes across the same time period. Further, its top-five listings were at or well above the one million dollar price point each month.
Throughout the entire third quarter, the Agency reported several transactions above the one million dollar mark. This included its top-five July sales in Dix Hills, Ridgewood, Muttontown and Pelham, for which Charles Rutenberg was the listing brokerage; and in Douglaston, for which both the buyer and the seller were each represented by Charles Rutenberg Agents.
Among the top-five listings in the month of August, its most profitable of the quarter, were three separate transactions, in Bayside, Massapequa and Brooklyn, for which the buyers and sellers were all represented by Charles Rutenberg Agents. Charles Rutenberg’s other top-five August sales included homes in Syosset and Bayside, for which the company was the listing Brokerage.
Though August had the highest figures in collective transactions, September is credited with having the biggest sale, a nearly $3.3 million home in Roslyn Harbor, for which Charles Rutenberg Realty was the listing Agency. Additional top-five sales that month included homes in Bayside and Little Neck – each of which had Charles Rutenberg Realty as both the listing and selling brokerage. The final top-five in September was a sale in College Point, for which the Agency was credited on the listing.
