Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. Welcomes 47 New Agents in Final Quarter of 2016
January 23, 2017
[Plainview, New York] — Charles Rutenberg Realty ended 2017 on a high after adding 47 new agents to its team in the final quarter (October through December). Included among the latest additions are 33 Agents who were previously associated with competing Agencies. A top player in the local Real Estate market, the Agency attributes its continued success to its never-faltering mission to differentiate itself in the Real Estate industry. While Charles Rutenberg Realty is a large Agency that competes with biggest players in Real Estate, the company does it with the personal touch of a family-run neighborhood office.
Though Rutenberg works hard to recruit new Agents, the majority of the recent additions have joined as a result of the encouragement from current Rutenberg Agents who tell everyone they meet about the company. In October, this included (in order of start date) William Lounds, Ray Pearson, Jeanine A. Soregaroli, Barbara Douglas-Robinson, Stephen Vingiello, John J. Lee, Michael Anthony Aziz, Christopher McGowan, Jonathan Carroll, Juhee Bae, Charles Marmorale, Elijah Manna and Jasmine Virgile.
In November, Charles Rutenberg Realty welcomed John Mejia; Colin Glenn; Xiaoping Ding; Beryl Jackson; Judy Kugelman; Irving L. Fletchman, Sr.; Paul Joseph Palmieri; Darrell S. Winston; Lisa Pallotta; and Jaime Lynman. December additions included Yichao Shao, Jean Christopher, Lillian Jones, Anthony Amodeo, Ivan Pelaez, Peter Roopnarine, Raymond Ambrogio, Abdul Saeed Sabooni, Gerard Cadet, Dwayne Glenn, Albert Buissereth, Daniel Murphy, Stephanie Kaminsky, Angela Williams and Miguel Guerra.
As with all current Agents, the newest members joined Charles Rutenberg Realty as a result of the incomparable benefits of working with the Agency, including 100% commission payout on most transactions; constant communications through multiple platforms; continual monthly training – including Real Estate trends and laws, marketing and basic computer courses, among others; and regular team-building entertainment, such as the recent Family Movie Day event on New Year’s Eve day.
While the financial aspect might be enticing, it’s the Agency’s support and training programs, especially those focused on leveraging modern technologies and communications platforms to generate sales leads, that truly help its Agents succeed in their careers. Training topics focus on the latest market changes, trends, financing and compliance updates affecting the Real Estate industry, as well as self-improvement programs in the form of sales training, time management and wellness programs.
Despite the size of the Agency, Charles Rutenberg Realty provides a close-knit atmosphere through its in-office support team and social events, among other things. The company is also focused on giving back to the community. “Once prospective Agents visit our offices, they see first-hand what we have to offer and they discover that they are not just part of a company, but part of a family,” says Joe Moshé, Broker/Owner, Charles Rutenberg Realty. “I look forward to getting to know each of these new Agents and I wish them all much success in their Real Estate careers!”
