Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. Welcomes 12 New Agents in January
February 6, 2017
[Plainview, New York] — Charles Rutenberg Realty began the New Year with the addition of 12 new Agents, including eight who were previously associated with competing Agencies. One of the top-five Agencies in New York State, Charles Rutenberg is a favorite among Agents due to its continued mission to provide the personal touch of a family-run neighborhood office despite its size.
The Agency’s leaders attribute its continued success to its never-faltering mission to differentiate itself in the Real Estate industry. Though Rutenberg works hard to recruit new Agents, the majority of the recent additions have joined as a result of the encouragement from current Rutenberg Agents who tell everyone they meet about the company.
The new Agents, all Licensed Real Estate Salespeople, and their previous Agencies are as follows:
• Eartha Hinds of Mount Vernon, formerly with Weichert
• Garth Muirhead of Massapequa, formerly with Exit Realty Premier
• Jordan E. Laufer of East Norwich, formerly with Signature Premier Properties
• Litsie Rodriguez of Holbrook, formerly with National Home Sellers, Inc.
• Jaime Zarama of West Babylon, formerly with Connections Realty
• Viktoriya Pagi of Forest Hills, formerly with Century 21 – Benjamin Realty
Newly licensed Agents who joined the firm are: Anastasia Ignateva of Syosset, Serena Mapson of the Bronx, Guy Maxis of Westbury and Feroz Khan of Richmond Hill.
Laura Yitzu Chen of Syosset, who is licensed in Manhattan through Mont Sky Real Estate, joined the Agency on a dual license with the Charles Rutenberg Realty Plainview Office. Licensed Real Estate Salesperson Adolph T. Littlejohn of Hauppauge, formerly with Island Advantage Realty, has joined the Hauppauge office.
As with all current Agents, the newest members joined Charles Rutenberg Realty as a result of the incomparable benefits of working with the Agency, including constant communications through multiple platforms, continual monthly training and regular team-building entertainment. The Agency’s support and training programs, especially those focused on leveraging modern technologies and communications platforms to generate sales leads, truly help its Agents succeed in their careers. Training topics focus on the latest market changes, trends, financing and compliance updates affecting the Real Estate industry, as well as self-improvement programs in the form of sales training, time management and wellness programs.
Despite the size of the Agency, Charles Rutenberg Realty provides a close-knit atmosphere through its in-office support team, social events and continued commitment to giving back to the community. “Once prospective Agents visit our offices, they see first-hand what we have to offer and they discover that they are not just part of a company, but part of a family,” says Joe Moshé, Broker/Owner, Charles Rutenberg Realty. “I look forward to getting to know each of these new Agents and I wish them all much success in their Real Estate careers!”
