As a dedicated Real Estate Professional, I pride myself on going above and beyond my typical duties for the buyers or sellers I work with, resulting in the best possible result for them. I aim at establishing a life long business relationship, which stands the test of time. As a graduate of St. John’s University I am not your typical Realtor. I have a completely different and professional approach that makes a seemingly complicated process smooth and easy. I am eager and experienced in dealing with all parties involved in the transaction, whether they are Attorneys, Bank Loan Officers, Loss Mitigation Officers (short sale negotiators at banks) or Property Managers (Co-Ops).I am aggressive in my marketing program for sellers that spans the internet, magazines,and flyers. I never take anything for granted and strive to work hard for the result you are looking for: Selling your property in a timely manner for top dollar!! With the aid of my loan processing background I am also able to properly screen prospective buyers and weed out those buyers who have no chance of closing in this increasingly difficult mortgage market. Most importantly, my market knowledge gives me the upper hand in truly giving sellers a rock solid opinion of what their home should be priced at to get top dollar. I have Sold and Marketed all different property types, Single & Multi Family Homes, Co-Ops, Condos, Mixed Use Properties, and Commercial Properties. Especially with Co-Ops, Mixed Use and Commercial Properties an experienced sales Person on your side can be the difference between your sale going through or failing. As an expert short sale negotiator, I have helped many people avoid foreclosure, resulting in a new financial Future for them. It is very important to work with someone who has experience helping people avoid foreclosure. Choosing someone who has no experience in selling a home short typically results in the worst outcome - Foreclosure.For buyers I have a talent for finding the perfect home that meets their needs and only showing them properties they are qualified to buy and, more critically, fit their buying criteria. It takes a lot of work on my end but , more importantly, saves them the hassle and research that encompasses the typical experience of property shopping.
